The tale of the printer that refused to print.

 

I'm sure HP makes some wonderful, amazing products; but this Photosmart C4280 is not one of them. And unfortunately just from this one horrible experience with this printer I will probably avoid all HP products from now on. Its a shame really.

 

As some have mentioned already in this thread, I too have unfortunately tried and tried again to make this printer work to no avail. (Yes, I have gone through the steps on the customer support page, as well as the youtube trick.) I can't even begin to think how many ridiculous hours I have lost trying to get this thing to work; doing everything that I'm sure everybody else here has already tried, and then scouring the internet for some miracle, hoping some tech-savvy kid has come up with a jailbreak or hack to fix it once and for all... And then it dawned on me: I will go and buy a new printer. It will not be a HP printer (though, as I mentioned above, I'm sure they have other wonderful printers that work just fine).

are you deliberately tryin to annoy people with that link?

 

 

 

i just put in a new black ink cartridge,

 

yet the levels still say low

 

 

AND IT prints as if there is no ink

 

 

does anyone kno what the problem is?
