While I was doing a working it jump this error, the printer is brand new, literaly less than a month out of the box, the printer is a ColorLaser jet pro, windows 11, working with ethernet

Hi!

Looks like a software error, in this case, Firmware error (its the printer's operating system), try to upgrade the firmware of that unit, at HP.com you can find it and the update isnt difficult, just a program that detect the unit if its at the same network as the computer and it sents the upgrade to the printer.
