Error message 0xc19a0035.

Tried on/off/unplugging.

Still not working.

 

Unhelpful that HP UK Support website page doesn't work either.

My printer shown the same error code.

The proposed instruction was followed.

The error is till present.

I need an assistance.

The on-line assistance is pre-paid.

I don't pay to hear that the printer is to be discarded.

What I could do?

I tried everything then I remembered a problem I previously had when one of my ink cartridges wasn’t in properly. So, I released the blue cartridge and closed the door, it gave me an error message to check the cartridge and once I re-inserted it my printer printed. I don’t know how long it will work, but IT’S WORKING AGAIN!!!! Amen
