Hello,
I sent a print command to the fax printer from my PC by mistake. Immediately the printer restarts continuously.
After the "System Initialize" message, the "Memory_Initiate FaxDial 1196 JMT" message appears and the printer restarts in an endless loop.
Can you tell me how to reset the memory or the printer?
Please help me, I don't know what to do anymore.
Thank you

disconnect the printer from your computer and try restarting. If it starts fine, then. It sounds like the job is stuck in the print queue. Follow instructions here to clear the queue: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-clear-printer-queue-in-windows-10/7e5ac...

I can't access the menu because the printer restarts quickly...I need the sequence to clear the nvram or perform the factory reset...I was able to update the firmware to the latest version but the problem persists.
I also thought that a solution could be to run a fix using the usblist2 windows tool but I don't know where to download the custom file to reset if it exists
