HP Color Laserjet 2600n

I am having trouble with my blue not printing blue or a combination of blue.  Yellow prints fine.  When I printed the Print Quality Troubleshooting page, it is not right.  Only the left side of the blue and yellow print, then the right side of the blue and yellow are blank.  The other colors are fine.  Please help.

If the blue test pages is blank on one side that would suggest a problem with the blue (cyan) cartridge. I am not sure but on many HP color laserjet Print Quality pages, one half of the yellow print quality page is supposed to be green, the did this because sometimes defects in yellow are hard to see and they stand out if both blue and yellow are used. In your position I would replace the cyan cartridge as that may resolve all your problems as you state that the yellow does not pose a problem during normal printing.
