Deskjet 3752
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After moving to a new location, I went through and setup my wireless printer.  HP Smart shows that the printer is ready, yet when I try to print, the job stays in the Print Queue, and I get an error message that pops up through the HP Smart application that says "Printer requires your attention. Please click here for more information".  I have used the "Diagnose and fix" through the software, but it does not help at all.  I have tried reinstalling drivers, stopping and restarting the print spool, running system file check...basically everything that your support forum and the useless Virtual Agent had suggested.

This printer worked fine before I moved and tried to reconnect it.  I am unable to print from anything - notepad, Word, Acrobat...nothing is working.  I have all of my Windows Updates installed as of today, and I am at a loss as to why this is not working.

Has anyone else experienced the same issues with their HP Deskjet 3700 Series All-in-One Printer?  I am considering taking a baseball bat to this POS and buying a printer from a different manufacturer.  I work from home in my own business and I have lost over 4 hours today trying to resolve this issue.

@wwrightpls

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Once done, connect the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
