Problem with Print System

Printing Functionality is disabled.  Please contact HP .

Error code: 0xc6fd0213

I have bought a second hand HP 477dw

Is there any way to fix this error?

Hope you are well, by checking the error code: 0xc6fd0213 , it is recommended to turn of the printer, unplug it from the wall outlet, press the power button for 20 seconds, remove the cartridges and , then reconnect it and turn on the printer without cartridges to check if its going to ready. if it goes, reinstall the cartridges and do a test a print.

If issue persists, open the left door and check for any paper jam , you can remove the duplexer to verify paper is not stuck. 

If no paper found and issue persists, it is recommended to take the unit for inspection, there is the option for the authorized service center, here is link to get the nearest office , map
