need print and scan doctor for deskjet 2542 that works on my Mac--or another option

Hello Whit777,

I have to repeat what the HP currently declare on most of their publicity materials. "Currently there is not HP Print Doctor for Mac......"

You may search HP Online for periodic driver updates. If your printer is still on warranty, then HP would help. Otherwise, you have to just rely on HP's online driver updates or guidance for any specific problem.

I regret that we could not provide fiurtherassistance on this.
