Using note 20 ultra and hp 2755e. When using print from anywhere I have ran in to an intermittent problem that when it happens persists for many hours. When using my HP printer I always turn off my VPN and also during troubleshooting. Basically when I use print from anywhere it usually works in the morning but later in the afternoon it does not.
When it stops working the problem usually persists for a few hours. When printing away from home with the VPN turned off randomly I'll get a printing error message. The failed print job will go into private printing section. Even if you go to the location of the printer any print jobs that were put there because they failed will not print even when you do connect to the printer.
The troubleshooting steps I have taken have all been taken with the VPN turned off and there is no firewall or VPN for the router for the Network the printer is on.
I have logged out and logged into the app. I have cleared the cache and the data of the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have removed the printer from my HP account and re-added it to my HP account. I have turned on and off print from anywhere I have also turned on and off private pickup. I have unplugged the printer from the wall and the back of the printer and unplugged the Wi-Fi multiple times throughout this process. I have gotten a new printer through warranty and the problem was non-existent for the first few days but now is consistent with the old problem.
The only difference between the new printer and the old printer is on the old printer when the files would be sent to private pickup it would send three now on the new printer it only sends one error file to private pickup.
Not sure what my next steps are.

Not sure. It might be as simple as the service being overwhelmed at certain times of the day. That comment is not meant to be any kind of excuse, of course. The Community does not speak for HP nor do we speak for any HP service or contract.
Perhaps the Concierge HP+ Support people can shed some light on the source of the "works then doesn't work" problem.

Enable / Disable the service to hold the print job until the person who sent it is near the printer.
