Message says the print carriage cannot move.  I've checked for paper jam and found none,  Any suggestion, please?

A warm welcome to HP Support Community!

Manually moving the carriage, removing an re-installing the ink cartridges and power resetting the printer may clear the carriage jam error. Instructions on how to resolve a carriage jam can be found here
