Envelopes with peel and stick flaps get jammed in the rollers. Is there a bulk(y) paper setting?

Not really - this is a pretty simple printer.

One thing you can try - I have done this:  Use any "temporary" type tape to temporarily seal the envelope flaps into place while the envelope is printed.

For example:

Scotch Scrapbooking tape (double sided)

The tape is sometimes hard to manage (peel from the backing).

Idea: Use a flat head tweezers to pry the backing from the tape once it is stuck to the surface.

It seems to work best if you use a small section of tape for the outer edges of the envelope flap.

Stick the little piece down on the envelope, wedge the flat-head tweezer in the middle of the backing of the tape and slide the tweezers back and forth to lift the backing.  Then, sitck down the flap of then envelope and print.  After pritning, carefully peel open the envelope flap, insert your letter / card, and seal permanently for mailing.

This is admittedly a hassle.

If the envelopes are decorative and important to the presentation, it might be worth the extra effort.

Be sure to use "thin" mounting / scrapbooking tape.  You don't want to add more "bulk" to the envelopes.

General example:

Envelope_Flap_2Envelope_Flap_2

I use this method to "stick down" the flaps on 6x9 inch envelopes.  Note that I do use more robust printers that can handle a large number of media types (Officejet Pro 8740 and Officejet Pro 8630).  This may affect the outcome, of course.

At the least, the idea is better than just letting the "flaps flop" around.  Smiling.
