Hello.  I received an error message on my all in one printer indicating that there is a Print Head Problem.  

How do I troubleshoot this problem and what has your experience been with success in trying to remedy this?

Any help is appreciated.

My problem was resolved by changing all the ink cartridges.

I'm getting a "Printhead damaged" message when I attempt to print on my HP Photosmart 5520 all in one printer

I see that the printer is in error state, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document  Error Indicates Faulty Printhead to resolve the issue.
