Hi
I have the same issue on a HP Officejet 6700 Premium
There is only IPv4 in that model, and i have also tried to set the paper size to A4 instead of the default "automatic".
This doesnt change a thing, the printout is still very small.
i am printing from the standard email app on a Ipad 2017 model with IOS 11.2.1

Having same problem and still looking for solution.
Typing IP adress and looking into HP Pro 8600 does not solve anything - the embedded web page provides NO WAY of setting default pagesize.
(All devices updated, all with newest SW version, all resat - still waiting 😞

Sorry but no - i can not find how to disable ipv6 on the printers embedded server.
AND HP should provide solutions for everybody - not only for tech geeks .
Negative KUDOS for HP.
(Have been bying HP printers for private and professional purose during 20+ years - this and many other problems the last years have changes my mind)

Thank you for the sugestion of resettting the printer.
I did that one month ago after the problem started and nothing has changed.
One very unfortunate side effect of resetting the printer is that oit looses the HPEPRINT email adress i had assigned, and it was not possible to reconnect to the same friendly adress name. I had to create a new adress after having tried all the help i got in another tread of this forum. ☹️☹️☹️
Bottom line - problem still not solved.

A very laboriuus workaround is to create a PDF , copy this to a mail and send to hpeprint ( with the new emailadress 😞 )
It is not always possible to use this workaround - and it takes way too long when possible.

Hi Anderstroi,
you are are right about the “new problems created by resetting the network” and you have my sympathies.
Like me you I still have the issue, but can work using the hp SmartPrint application. This is not a solution, just a halfway house, until hp or Apple come up with the correct solution.
