Hi,
I am unable to print anything on my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 printer. When I try to print a document, I can see the print job appear in the printer queue, then I hear some noise from the printer as if it is about to start printing and then the print job disappears from the queue and nothing prints.
I've tried:
1. uninstalling the HP printer software completely and re-installing it
2. renaming the print spooler
3. disconnecting the USB and printer power cable completely and connecting it again
4. trying to reinstall the printer software through the windows built in driver, but the printer is not listed in the list of printers (despite doing a Windows Update)
At my wit's end....any help to resolve this would be much appreciated !

Hi Elohi,
Thank you for your response. However, I have tried all the steps mentioned in the document including running the HP Print and Scan Doctor utility, removing the printer software and reinstalling it, trying to setup the printer using the Windows built in printer setup process, trying to rename the HPBXPSRENDER.DLL. After trying out all these steps, the problem only became worse since I am now not even able to install the printer software.
If there is any suggestion other than the above, I am happy to try it out.
Thanks,
sbadhodh
