Hi @Diadi7,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your print job does not appear on the taskbar or is not printing, even though you've sent it to your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to diagnose and resolve the problem.

Check Electrical Connections:

  • Ensure that the power cable is connected correctly and that there is power available at the socket.
  • Verify that the printer is properly powered on.

Evaluate Connectivity:

  • Confirm that your computer and printer are connected to the same network, particularly if you are using a networked printer.
  • If you are using a USB connection, make sure the cable is securely attached and is in good condition.

Review Printer Status:

  • Check if there are any error messages or blinking lights on the printer's control panel that could indicate an issue.
  • Make sure the printer has paper loaded and the ink or toner is not depleted.

Driver and Software:

  • Confirm that the correct and latest printer driver is installed on your computer. Updating drivers via the HP website may resolve communication issues.
  • If using Mac OS with a USB connection, ensure data encoding is set to the correct format such as ASCII.

Network and Electromagnetic Interference:

  • Ensure there are no significant electromagnetic devices near your printer that might cause interference.
  • Restart your printer and computer to reset their network settings.

Check for Printer Queue:

  • Verify whether there are pending jobs in the printer queue that might be causing a delay.
  • Clear stuck jobs from the printer queue and try sending the document again.

Software Conflicts:

  • Check for any firewall or security software that might be blocking the print communication.

Print Preview:

  • If you requested a print preview from your printer driver, ensure that the preview is accepted and the print job sent manually.

Ensure to conduct these checks methodically, and this should resolve the print job issues you are experiencing with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
