HP Officejet 7610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am installing a Deskjet 7610 to print via WiFi on my home network from a windows 10 PC.

It prints test pages locally and from the computer (Print Preferences - Print Test Page).

It always prints the first document, but that document never leaves the print queue. Its status will be "Printing" and the size will sometimes show that all of the file was sent (eg 123 MB/123 MB, and sometimes it will show almost all was sent (eg 120 MB/123MB).

The Print Doctor (v4.9) downloaded and installed: HPSupportSolutionsFramework-12.5.26.37.exe. The Print Doctor always reports "Print queue issue fixed" and deletes the stuck entry. I can also clear the error by deleting the print que files, and restarting the Print Spooler service. However this only allows me to print exactly one more document for having to restart the spooler.

Tried using a different Win10 PC, Same symptoms

Printing a small text file or Print Test Page works but printing any file more than one page fails. Tried .Pdf, .Docx, Web page from Edge or Chrome and they all fail.

Help?
