HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless in a Windows 10 environment.  After successfully printing, the print job remains in the que, preventing other jobs from printing.  When I try to cancel the job, it takes a significant amount of time to cancel.

This solution seems to work but the problem keeps recurring. Is there a solution that will fix the problem?
