HP Recommended

All print jobs are coming out splotchy on an HP LaserJet P3015 in my organization. When I assessed the printer, the original ink cartridge was at 40%. When I replaced it with a new one, the print jobs became markedly bolder; however, the splotchiness remains. Since I changed the original ink with a brand new, OEM model, I can rule out the ink being the culprit. I did some basic cleaning; however, this did not improve things. Looking for advice here. Thanks in advance 🙂 Happy to answer any questions for a more-in-depth understanding.
