Hi @Brookess11,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If a print job is stuck in the queue on the HP Smart app, it could be due to several reasons like low ink, paper jam, connectivity issues, or a problem with the print spooler service; to fix it, try the steps shared below

Steps to try:

Check for basic issues:

  • Paper jam: Check if there is any paper jammed in the printer.
  • Ink levels: Ensure that your printer has sufficient ink.
  • Paper availability: Make sure the printer has paper loaded.

Restart the printer:

Turn off the printer completely and then turn it back on.

Check network connection:

  • Verify that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device.
  • Try restarting your router.

Use the HP Smart app diagnostics:

  • Open the HP Smart app and navigate to the printer settings.
  • Look for a "Diagnose & Fix" option and run the diagnostics tool.
  • Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and check

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
