Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I click on the print icon the next print menu that opens allows me to change settings and buttons at the top are usually print and cancel (or back)  recently the print button has changed to save.  only options - save or cancel.  When I choose save and place the document on my desktop or in my download folder, repopen to print - same options, save or cancel

what is happening and how do I fix it !

Hi,

May you try printing from Google Chrome?

 

From Google Chrome open the print dialog, then press the Change button.
Select your printer from the list instead the default Save as PDF option and try printing again.
