Product: Officejet 5255
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer is printing kind of streaky with missing lines. I tried printing a quality report page and it was completely blank. I checked the ink level and it shows as half full, it would seem weird if I had to replace ink when it was only half gone, but I don't know. Attached picture to show print quality. Any thoughts?

Did you clean the ink cartridges using the option in the Tools menu?

Try cleaning the black cartridge again, if the printer has been sitting unused for more than 5 days you can try soaking the printhead only in hot water.

Post back if you want to give the water bath a try & I will post instructions.
