Hi @Linzip77,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To clear a stuck print queue from your iPhone, open the App Switcher (swipe up from the bottom or double-click the Home button) while trying to print, then tap Print Centre to cancel pending jobs.

Here is how to resolve the printer queue:

  • Access Print Center: When a document is trying to print, swipe up from the bottom of your screen and hold to see your open apps. You will see a "Print Center" card. Tap it to view the queue and select "Cancel Printing" for stuck jobs.

  • Restart Everything: Turn off your printer, wait 30 seconds, and turn it back on. Restart your iPhone as well to clear temporary glitches.

  • Check Wi-Fi: Ensure your iPhone is on the same network as the printer. Sometimes toggling Wi-Fi off and on again on your iPhone helps.

  • Use Printer App: If you have an HP, Epson, or Canon printer, open the manufacturer's app (e.g., HP Smart app) and use its internal "Diagnose & Fix" tool to clear the queue.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
