Printed black font is blurred and ink bleeds along top of text

When printing black text I notice that the font is bleeding ink along to the top of the fonts and appears blurred/with a strike through.

I have cleaned ink heads but no better.

please advise how I solve this.

Problem has been solved by removing the black ink cartridge and wiping the contacts and ink well opening with a piece of kitchen roll to remove excess ink that had built up.
