If your HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer is displaying a blinking E0 error, follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

Check for Paper Jam

  1. Turn off the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions.
  2. Remove any jammed paper or debris inside the printer.

Restart the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  2. Wait for about 15 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Check the Ink Cartridges

  1. Open the ink cartridge access door.
  2. Ensure that the ink cartridges are installed correctly.
  3. If necessary, remove the ink cartridges and reinsert them.

Reset the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  3. Wait for 60 seconds.
  4. Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Restore Factory Default Settings

  1. Open the HP Smart app or the printer's Embedded Web Server.
  2. Navigate to the Advanced Settings.
  3. Select the option to restore factory defaults.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the reset.
