Hi, I need help.

I received printer HP DeskJet In Advantage 5575, install software with 5570 in the theme, everything seems normal and then when I want print something, it occurs that printing need my input. Nothing found out so I started HP Doctor. And everything seemed normal but trial printing didn´t worked. Then it asked me if I can try something like "internal printing" and it worked and finally occured something that I have bad installed software so I reinstalled it but issue didn´t dissappeared. Can you help me please?
