Printer is saying that it has not been shut down properly and produces the following error code B8BB29CE.
I've powered it off unplugging it etc. with no fix. It will not stay on.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
