Welcome to HP support community.
You wont be able to get rid of this message.
Once you have enabled the HP Cartridge Protection it "locks" the cartridges in the printer with the printer serialnumber.
So when you place these cartridges in another printer you will get the message you are currently seeing.
The locked cartridge can only be used in the printer that is used to lock the cartridge.
Disabling the HP Cartridge Protection will only prevent another (new) cartridge to be locked to that printer.
It will not remove the lock on the current cartridges.
If you regularly swap cartridges between printers I would advice to disable HP Cartridge Protection on your units.
