HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer

I have a deskjet plus 4155 printer. Whether I print directly from my computer or make a copy from the printer the document I am printing is cut off about 1 inch from the bottom. The copier/printer does print the whole document. I have tried to look at the settings on the printer they look fine. I have looked at the document itself- the complete document is there. I just upgraded my computer to an HP Envy when this issue took root.  I didn't have this problem with my Dell computer. It is annoying when you try to print a document that is cut off at the bottom. Please help

It's called Preserve Layout. Make sure that it is set to Yes. If the issue still persists try uninstalling the printer drivers from the root level on your PC and install the windows built-in drivers and check if it helps.
