HI

 

I'm using deskjet 3635 printer. i have problem on the cartridge issue. I have replace the new cartridge but i still unable to print. I have double checked all the settings, precautions but i still can't get it.   I have clean the electrical contact as well but still cant work. The cartridge indicator on the printer is keep on blinking. Please help. Urgent. i test using HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.0. Capture3.PNG

Hi

I have solved the problem. It's from ink cartridges problem. I bought another new cartridges to test. I'm going to ask for replacement cartridge for the newly bought. It's a defect cartridge.
