Printer Error 0x6100004a

We moved when we packed up the printer was working fine. It was transported to the new address in the back seat of the car along with our other “fragile “ items. When we hooked it up at the new house it said there was a paper jam…..we preformed the following things: 

We checked all the different places it suggested for paper

Turned it off and back on

Disconnected all power cords for 1 minute then hooked it back up

Then it said printer failure and then paper jam followed by the printer wasn’t shut down properly (when it was) then it displayed the error code 0x6100004a

Any help would be appreciated:-)

Let's try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
