I've done all that every time it happens. I want to know what the error code means so that I can maybe prevent it from happening in the future. The error code is: 00829C98
If you know what that means, that would be a great help.

Is there a direct email for a Tech? Because the link you provided keeps leading me back here and to the virtual assistant. And not to a live chat with a tech. Which is what I really want. OR a link to a list of printer error codes so I can look it up myself.
