Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet 4630 is now displaying OXB80003E8 code on the LCD screen.

It is also showing OXB800003CC and 0x83c0000a.

More consistently it display OX83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP

It was working completely fine. I had printed several documents today, then suddenly this.  Just started displaying it in between print jobs.

I've tried unplugging and leaving, and also tried changing the power cord. Printer does not make any sound when you turn it on, and it goes straight to the error code.

I hope there is a fix, as I really like this printer and use it every day for my business. Times are tough, I'm not sure I can afford another printer right now.

Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you for the help.

Unfortunately this does not work. The screen just stays with the error message.  Nothing happens. When you plug the power cable into the printer, the printer turns on automatically, without needing to press the power button.

I hope you can help further.

Thank you.
