Hi Betty,

I've managed to resolve the problem and thought you might like to know.

I noticed that there have been a number of people with the same problem recently, and with various HP printers. I thought it might be a Windows issue and found one post that suggested that. So I removed the most recent Windowes Updates (dated 10 April or later), although to do this I had to stop them automatically updating again, by changing to Metered Connection on my WiFi. By the time I'd finished I tried to print again - and hey presto the printer was working fine again!
