Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I Changed the black ink as the light came on to replace it.  I put the new one in, which I’ve done many times and the error light came on.  I’ve tried everything from replacing colour cartridge too, turning the printer on and off again. Taking cartridges out and putting back.  Nothing seems to work.  They are both HP cartridges as is the printer,
