Hi @Stuck14,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Error code 62.80.15 on an HP Officejet Pro 8025e All-In-One Printer indicates an issue with the printer's printhead. This error typically suggests that there might be a problem with the printhead or the contacts associated with it. Here's how you can try to fix it.

  • Restart the Printer: Sometimes, errors can be resolved simply by restarting the printer. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on again.
  • Inspect the Printhead: Open the printer cover and inspect the printhead for any visible damage or obstructions. If you see any debris or foreign objects, carefully remove them.
  • Clean the Printhead Contacts: Turn off the printer and unplug it. Open the printer cover to access the printhead. Gently remove the printhead from the printer. Wipe the electrical contacts on the printhead and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water. Make sure the contacts are dry before reinstalling the printhead.
  • Reinstall the Printhead: After cleaning the contacts, reinstall the printhead back into the printer carefully. Ensure it is properly seated and securely in place.
  • Update Firmware/Software: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware and software updates installed. Sometimes, firmware updates can address certain issues and improve printer performance.

If the issue persists even after attempting these steps, it might indicate a more serious problem with the printhead or the printer itself.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
