Getting "jam in print paper path. Open tray 2 and rear door" message, I have done this multiple times and there is no paper in printer. I have tried all the solutions I could find on line. I unplugged printer for couple of minutes. I have basically taken the printer apart and there is no paper in there. Any other solutions?

Hi @mmm666,

Welcome to the HP support community.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the steps you’ve already taken. I understand how frustrating it can be to receive a persistent “jam in print paper path” error when there’s no visible paper inside.
