HP Recommended

Can't print on my HP Officejet 6700 Premium.   Receiving this msg:   "Printer Failure:  There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn printer off, then on.  If problem persists, contact HP.   0x61011bed".     I have tried the above many times, with no success.  And I have tried the other suggested solutions, with no success.  Anyone have any possible solutions.  Thanks!
