Printer Failure:  There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer Off then On. If you continue to get this message, contact HP. 0x6100004a.  

 

I turn Off then On, problem does not correct itself or i get warning, printer was not shut off correctly.

 

any help would be appreciated.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document Printer Failure' Error: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
