Hi have and officejet pro 8200 and continue to get printer failure error, as well as printer appears offline on network but appears connected in the settings on the printer.
wont print any set up pages, have attempted all trouble shooting as well as restarting router.
Printer also says it’s not connected with Instant ink and cannot use cartridge until registered, which I’ve been enrolled for months. Please help, this is beyond frustrating and the HP chat option isn’t really an option at all as no one is available until they message hours later that they’ve missed you and to reach out again
