Does anyone have solutions on how to fix the "Printer Failure" message I keep getting? I have turned off, unplugged, reset, etc. several times. My ink carts are half full, but the printer will not print. Thank you!

Hi @Justin1979.
I'd like to help with the printer failure error.
Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges
Open the door to access to the ink cartridges.
Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
Push the ink cartridge to remove it, and then push it into its slot until it snaps into place.
Repeat these steps for the other three ink cartridges.
Close the ink cartridge access door.
If the issue persists, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
