HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Printer failure error notice.  I have tried everything save replacing the cartridges (This started when I replaced them, but I'll do it again if it might work).  I reset the printer, I reset the print head, I cleaned the print cartridges, I think I've done everything except take the back off of the print head (one online video mentioned putting pieces of aluminum foil back there to make sure the electrical contact is happenining.  I was going to try it, but my print head does have removeable screws in the back.  The video was on an 8600, maybe they updated their fasteners when the 8610 came out).

 

So I haven't replaced the cartridges, and I haven't looked into replacing the print head (the other thing I haven't done).
