Hi @Punim1228,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
- Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer using the Power button.
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer and wall outlet.
- Turn on the printer and check if the error persists.
- Inspect the Printer:
- Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions in the paper path.
- Make sure there are no foreign objects inside the printer that might be causing any issues.
- Firmware Update:
- Visit the HP Support page to download the latest firmware for your printer, if available.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the firmware update.
- Check and Clean Printheads:
- Remove and inspect the printheads to ensure they are properly installed.
- Use the printer's built-in tools to clean the printheads (usually found in the printer's settings/menu under 'Maintenance' or 'Tools').
- Inspect Ink Cartridges:
- Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed.
- Check for any tape left on cartridges from installation or if they are empty.
- Run Diagnostic Tool:
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows to automatically diagnose and resolve the issue.
- Remove and Reinstall Printer:
- Try removing the printer configuration from your device and then reinstalling it.
- Perform a Hard Reset:
- Turn off the printer, disconnect all cables, and remove any paper loaded in the input tray.
- After waiting several minutes, reconnect all cables and try to start the printer again.
I hope this helps.
