Hi @Punim1228,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

  • Power Cycle the Printer:
    1. Turn off the printer using the Power button.
    2. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
    3. Wait for about 60 seconds.
    4. Reconnect the power cord to the printer and wall outlet.
    5. Turn on the printer and check if the error persists.
  • Inspect the Printer:
    • Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions in the paper path.
    • Make sure there are no foreign objects inside the printer that might be causing any issues.
  • Firmware Update:
    • Visit the HP Support page to download the latest firmware for your printer, if available.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to install the firmware update.
  • Check and Clean Printheads:
    • Remove and inspect the printheads to ensure they are properly installed.
    • Use the printer's built-in tools to clean the printheads (usually found in the printer's settings/menu under 'Maintenance' or 'Tools').
  • Inspect Ink Cartridges:
    • Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed.
    • Check for any tape left on cartridges from installation or if they are empty.
  • Run Diagnostic Tool:
  • Remove and Reinstall Printer:
    • Try removing the printer configuration from your device and then reinstalling it.
  • Perform a Hard Reset:
    • Turn off the printer, disconnect all cables, and remove any paper loaded in the input tray.
    • After waiting several minutes, reconnect all cables and try to start the printer again.

I hope this helps.
