Hello community I have a HP Pavilion 500 PC Series and my printer is a HP Officejet 6600. I have an error message on the display screen. It says printer failure. There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, and then on. If problem persists then contact HP. I have tried off then on. I have cleaned the cartridges with a lint free cloth. How do i contact HP? i am now able to sign in to my HP account after resetting my password. Any help welcome.

@Darren87, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Ink System Failure' or 'System Supply Problem' Error Displays
You may also try the steps here - Printhead errors
Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges. Insert one ink cartridge at a time and check for the error.
Use the old ink cartridges and check if the error persists.
If the error persists, I'm afraid the issue is with the printhead. It is non-removable in this model printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
