HP Recommended

Officejet 6600 printer keeps giving me an error code:

"There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP."

I've Tried the "unplug reset" twice and I've replaced all Ink cartridges. However the problem has not been resolved.
