Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
I own a HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus Printer Product Number: CM750A Model Number N911g. I went to changed the black cartridge today using a genuine HP Ink Cartridge Black 950xl (in fact I even tried to use 2 brand new cartridges) and the printer informed me that 'there was a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, then contact HP' there was no error code provided the message.
I followed these instructions 4 times but I kept receiving the same message, hence that is why I am contacting HP. I need your help and advice on what to do to rectify this problem.
