@Gary375, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e is not printing and documents are stuck in the queue, even though it was working earlier today. Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue in your Windows 11 Wi-Fi environment.

Restart Printer and Computer

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Restart your computer.
  • After 60 seconds, plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Clear the Print Queue

  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • Scroll down and find Print Spooler.
  • Right-click it and select Stop.
  • Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all files in this folder.
  • Go back to Services, right-click Print Spooler, and select Start.

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer control panel, go to Settings > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
  • Select Wireless Setup Wizard and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

Reinstall the Printer Driver

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Remove the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e.
  • Download and install the latest driver from: HP 8025e Drivers

Set Printer as Default

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Click your printer > Manage > Set as default.

Additional Tips

  • Ensure your printer and PC are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Avoid using VPNs while printing.
  • Temporarily disable firewall/antivirus to test if they’re blocking the print job.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
