HP Envy 5000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new printer (HP Envy 5000) has been working perfectly, except it won't print labels (on label paper or regular printer paper).  The document has margins and spacing as dictated by the Avery 18660 label template.  When I print the document, it spits out a white, unprinted sheet of paper.  Printing from Google Drive via the HP Smart app on my phone, the document prints, but slightly size reduced.

Is the issue the margin sizing?  What are the margin limitations of the printer?  Can it not print conventional labels?

Many thanks!

If you are printing on 8.5 X 11, there is no issue printing with border or borderless.

To fix this issue, you can try creating Creating Custom Paper Sizes. For instruction: Click here

If issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the printer driver:

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
