Hi @gudaki,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Envy 6052e is having trouble with incomplete prints, which can be frustrating. Here are a few things you can try to resolve this issue.

Check Print Settings:

  • Ensure the print settings are set to print the entire document. Sometimes, settings can default to only a portion of the document or specific pages.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer. Firmware updates can fix bugs and improve performance.

Clear Print Queue:

  • Sometimes, clearing the print queue can resolve printing issues. Go to "Printers & Scanners" in Windows or "Printers & Scanners" in macOS, select your printer, and clear any pending jobs.

Check Ink Levels:

  • Make sure that your ink cartridges are not low or empty. If the problem persists, try replacing the cartridges.

Perform a Printer Head Clean:

  • Run a print head cleaning cycle through the printer’s maintenance options. This can help with issues related to incomplete prints.

Try Different Software:

  • If the problem occurs with specific software or web pages, try printing from a different program or browser to see if the issue is isolated.

Check for Software Conflicts:

  • Ensure that there are no conflicting software or drivers installed. Sometimes, reinstalling the printer driver can help, so make sure you download the latest driver from HP’s website.

Print a Test Page:

  • Print a test page from the printer settings to see if it prints correctly. This can help determine if the issue is with specific documents or a general printing problem.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Thank you for responding. I will check the things you listed. It will only print certain portions of some documents, it's as if it doesn't recognize some parts of the documents.
