My HP 6020 printer does not print.
HP print and scan doctor does not identify any errors. But I constantly get E0 error. I tried resetting the printer to default settings, replacing and wiping ink cartridges, re-installing HP smart and drivers, various solutions based on HP virtual assistant, setting up printer via USB and wifi connection. But the printer still does not print jobs from the print queue. Printing works only when I press directly "i" button, and I get the "Printer information page" perfectly printed out. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Thanks

Hi @jecapav,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
If you have performed all the steps and still having issues, then this might need one-on-one interaction with tech support over the phone.
I've sent you a private message with further instructions. To access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hi Elohi_NR,
Thanks for reaching out with the ideas for a solution. Much appreciated! I tried rear power unplugging after power on. That did not solve the issue. My printers warranty expired some months ago, and it might be cheaper to buy a new one compared to investing into repairing fees.
I will close the open question. And once again, thank you for providing support and solution ideas!
Best,
Jelena
