Hi! I have an HP Envy Pro 6455, as a whole it has never really worked well for me. I have a small sticker business and have struggled with printing on sticker paper. If the paper is too thick, it gets stuck in the tray but I solved that with thinner sticker paper. My biggest problem is that no matter how many times I realign the printer, adjust the trays or reset the printer- it is always coming out crooked. Any ideas on how to solve is appreciated.

Hi @l1ogan55,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

  • Are you able to print on plain paper and other documents without it jamming?
  • Which application are you printing from?
  • Make sure that this paper is meant to be used in inkjet printers.
  • What brand of paper are you using?

If your paper has a backing to peel off, do not remove it until printing has been completed and you're ready to apply the sticker.

Please ensure you're printing on the correct side of the paper. Insert the paper print-side down in the tray.

I would try increasing the print quality setting to Best or higher to slow the printing process down.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
